4. We reserve the rights to make amendments on the terms and conditions in any way, and at any time without any prior notice.

PLACING ORDERS
We will send you an email confirmation within 24hours. Full payment shall be made prior to the delivery. Email notification will be sent to you once we received your payment and when delivery has been processed.
Kindly note that we cannot guarantee that the item's colors you see on your monitor are identical to the item's color.
Items sold are NEW and in excellent condition unless stated.

RESERVATIONS
1. Reservations are available and items can only be hold up to a maximum period of 2 days. If payment is not made within 2 days, reservation will be terminated.

2. Strictly no backouts for those who have made reservations! Backout buyers will be blacklisted and would not be able to make any reservations in the future. Please only reserved the items if you're CONFIRMED with the purchase.

3. Reservation is not effective if there is another interested buyer. Whoever pays first will get the item.

PAYMENT
-Preferably cash transfer to MAYBANK or Hong Leong Bank account.
-Kindly inform us(date,time, amount) via email again once you have made the payment
- Strictly NO exchangeable or refundable

Note: Total payment = item price + postage

CANCELLATION
1. Once you've placed an order with us, the reservation will be kept for 2 days. Should no payment be made by then, the reservation will be terminated.

RESTOCK ITEMS
1. Restocked item will be collected from the supplier according to our schedule and mailed out after the day we restock.

2. For items which are labeled as restock-able, we will try to get them for you from our suppliers but it all depends on whether the supplier still has stocks! NO guarantee :)
3. Advance payment is needed for restocking items to prevent last minute backing out! Thanks! Full refund will be made if item cannot be restocked.
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
1. Items will be delivered every Monday & Thursday, excludes public holiday.
Payment received after 10pm (Sunday / Wednesday) will not be included in the following day process.
2. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages occurred during delivery.
3. Items will be mailed the following day after payment is received (with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
4. Please make sure that there's someone to collect the ordered items when Mr Postman delivers them to your doorstep as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest PosLaju office and you will have to collect it yourself there.
5. Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email notify us. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE
1. Items sold are not refundable,returnable or exhangeable unless it’s a defected item.
2. Such return/ exchange MUST BE MADE WITHIN 2 days after receiving the item or else will not be entertained.

PRIVACY
All information provided to us will be used solely for processing orders and simplifying the browsing and latest updates. However, we may disclose the information to respond to legal requirements, enforce our policies, respond to claims that a listing or other content violates the rights of others, or protect anyone's rights, property, or safety. Such information will be disclosed in accordance with and as required by applicable laws and regulations.
