This blog will resume on further notice. I'm so sorry and a million apologies to customers who've waited so long. Indeed it was said that the blog will resume from november, but due to exams, overseas travelling and my stall in Gurney Plaza, i just have too many things in hand and this has caused me to neglect this blogshop of mine. It is my desire to run this blogshop and i'll be more than happy receiving sales, but please do understand and kindly give me some time to get everything going. Besides that my stocks will all be from overseas, and it's all handpicked. I promise i'll get it done as soon as possible.

Hey dearies, this might be my first ever informal post =). Well my day was rather busy, let me get to d exciting events - Beauty Pageant at FAME, it was the finals! We'll i was rather happy that it's coming to an end , that means i don't have to iron & steam clothes anymore for the time being but it was the first event that i've sponsored, so pretty meaningful :). Hey sweeties, I'm so very sorry for the lack of updates. I've been tied up with studies, my stall at Gurney Plaza Street Market and a Beauty Pageant in FAME, Upper Penang Road. My apologies for those who came here, hoping for new items to be updated and went off feeling disappointed. If everything goes well, there'll be new items including dresses, belts, tops and all the unique stuffs i can find being updated weekly.

Joy's Closette stall at Gurney Plaza is now located in front of Chillis, the first stall with the eye catching red table cloth.

Joy's Closette is also sponsoring clothings for a Beauty Pageant in FAME. Semi finals will be on the 30th July 2009 and the finals will be on the 6th August 2009. The event will start around 11.30pm-12am. I'm giving out 15% discount vouchers on the semi finals and i'm still thinking on attractive promotions for the finals. PLACING ORDERS

CANCELLATION
1. Once you've placed an order with us, the reservation will be kept for 2 days. Should no payment be made by then, the reservation will be terminated.

RESTOCK ITEMS
1. Restocked item will be collected from the supplier according to our schedule and mailed out after the day we restock.

2. For items which are labeled as restock-able, we will try to get them for you from our suppliers but it all depends on whether the supplier still has stocks! NO guarantee :)
3. Advance payment is needed for restocking items to prevent last minute backing out! Thanks! Full refund will be made if item cannot be restocked.
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
1. Items will be delivered every Monday & Thursday, excludes public holiday.
Payment received after 10pm (Sunday / Wednesday) will not be included in the following day process.
2. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages occurred during delivery.
3. Items will be mailed the following day after payment is received (with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
4. Please make sure that there's someone to collect the ordered items when Mr Postman delivers them to your doorstep as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest PosLaju office and you will have to collect it yourself there.
5. Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email notify us. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE
